You may opt‑out of these communications at any time, and consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to obtain any services on our site.
covera.pro consists of a network of insurance carriers and advertisers who may provide insurance assistance to consumers. After you opt in via express written consent, we may send text messages to you with information about your request and additional goods or services. Carriers may also contact you electronically to verify your info or finalize underwriting ("Subscription"). Message & data rates may apply; check with your carrier.
If you no longer wish to receive text messages from us, reply STOP or QUIT to the short code or long number sending messages. Text HELP for assistance or unsubscribe via the link in the message. You may also email us at contact@covera.pro to unsubscribe.
Alerts and notifications are delivered via text approximately 2 messages per week.
To receive these messages, you must have a mobile subscription with a participating carrier. Message & data rates apply—contact your carrier for details. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T‑Mobile, and others. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time.
By providing your phone number, you represent that you are the account holder or have permission to sign up. If your number changes, notify us via contact@covera.pro. You agree to indemnify us for any costs related to TCPA or carrier actions stemming from undelivered or mis-designated messages.
Your mobile data is subject to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in. We reserve the right to terminate service for users who do not meet this requirement.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updates. Your continued use indicates acceptance of any changes.
We may suspend or terminate your text messages if you breach these Terms or your mobile service lapses.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SERVICES, AND DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. covera.pro SERVICES MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR NOT FUNCTION AS EXPECTED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM TEXT MESSAGES.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved in state or federal court in Delaware.
